7. RIGHT OF RETURN
The return policy of www.bagnoletto.it allows you to send back the items, up to the end of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. All products must be returned intact: if they show damages or signs of wear, coming from improper handling, that altered features and functionality of them, we reserve the right to withhold an amount corresponding to the reduction of their value. If, on the contrary, goods are rendered intact, You will have the right to obtain the price paid for the purchase of the product, all back. (excluding postage costs of return). To make the return in accordance with our policies, please inform us within the terms set out above, with an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. 8. RETURN FOR PRODUCT DAMAGED BY COURIER
At the time of delivery, the courier will ask you to sign a document stating the delivery of the product to the indicated address or to the person appointed to receive it. If you think the package is damaged, choose the option “acceptance with reserve” or “parcel integrity reserve”: it is a formula that indicates that you have received the package, but that something may not be in compliance with the order performed. If the package seems intact, but it seems to You that the contents could be damaged, we suggest You to choose the formula with reserve, anyway. The reserve also allows You to check the content at a later time, considering that the courier, by law, does not allow You to open the package until You have signed the delivery document. If You believe that the damage is due to the transport of the courier, we kindly request You to send us the report to email@example.com, complete with photos attachments in order to demonstrate the responsibility of the courier and to make us proceeding with the replacement of the goods.

Conditions of sale are regulated by the Italian law and in particular by the 6 September 2005 law n. 206, on the consumer safeguard code, and by 9 April 2003 law n. 70 concerning e-commerce.

These terms of service must be interpreted in accordance to the Italian laws and in case of any dispute or complain, this will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Udine, except as provided by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005) if applicable.
General conditions of sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the Consumer Code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning e- commerce.
